These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Aran Technology, a sole trader business registered in Ireland. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Aran Technology provides website design and development, mobile app development, AI call automation, AI chat assistant setup, online booking systems, and AI implementation consultancy for Irish small businesses and tradespeople.
All work is agreed in writing before commencing. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due on completion of the agreed deliverables unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (logos, text, images) required for their project. Delays caused by late provision of materials may affect delivery timelines.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website or app delivered. Aran Technology retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Aran Technology will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
